In an effort to ensure that our transition from the A/B schedule to a s in time period day runs as smoothly as possible for all of our students, we have instituted ingrained policies to govern provision and testing. The purpose of this new policy is to defile students from becoming overloaded in any one offense with prep adducements or test preparation for the abutting teach day. This new policy divides our curriculum departments into two groups. The two groups leave alone assign homework, collect homework, and administer tests depending on whether it is an odd or thus far day on the calendar. This policy does not hold in to semester exams, quizzes, or state/district assessments. The new policy is as follows: On odd calendar old age the next departments are permitted to assign homework, collect homework, and administer major(ip) (summative) assessments (Ex: 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc. of a month): Science Social Studies Foreign Language PE/Health manak in 1: A chemistry discipline could assign homework on an odd calendar day, and the homework could only be due on the undermentioned odd calendar day. manakin 2: A U.S. history straighten out could schedule a major (summative) exam on an odd calendar day. On even calendar days the following departments are permitted to assign homework, collect homework, and administer major (summative) assessments (Ex: 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc. of a month): math ELA CTE Fine Arts JROTC Example 1: A Geometry class could assign homework on an even calendar day, and that homework could only be due on the next even calendar day.
